Terms and Conditions :

All items that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 7 days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. We will not process your payment information until you have agreed that the delivery date of out of stock items is suitable.

If an item is damaged in the post it must be returned to use within 48 hours, we will offer replacement goods in such an instance.

Refunds can only be offered if goods are faulty. Any faulty goods must be returned to ourselves, feel free to phone 01322 866 577 for more information.

Our equipment is made to high specifications and we excersise rigorous quality control, however - we DO NOT gaurantee that it will not break or fail. This is due to the nature of natural products such as leather. We accept no responsibility for any injury or loss incurred whilst using any product or item purchased from Raptor Originals.
